Levy will be happy with that, less travel expenses as well
I am trying very hard to not take pleasure in their structural demise while there is any chance of result against City.
West Ham on the beach already
What West Ham not fighting knowing Moyes is leaving??? The only manager in recent times to actually win them a trophy?
Pretty poor display from Villa so far.

amazing to think they are binning Moyes after regular top 10 finishes Europa Conference League win and the European runs on either side of the win and he currently has the highest win % of any permanent West Ham manager with 45.7%.
The fans and board deserve the calamity that may happen when he leaves.

It’s not really amazing. They have 3 wins in 17 PL games in 2024, conceded 40 goals, out of the FA Cup early to lower league club, terrible style of football. The only thing keeping him in a job was West Ham qualifying for Europe every season
I remember West Ham parking the bus twice over against Man Utd to deny them a win on the final day, that lost the title to Blackburn. I doubt this West Ham team has that resolve.

Europa hardly makes a significant dent in a club's finances.
Saka's starting spot in the Euros might be threatened by Palmer. Guy is in ridiculous form at the moment. Always looks like he's going to score or create something.

£60m or so I believe. While PSR exsists thats a lot of money. Can be up to 3, £50m amortised players.
Spurs have Sheff U and Burnley. 6 easy points.

Link? Prize money for winners is about €8.6m (for QFists, about €1.8m) and I doubt media and gate takings could make up £60m.

Maybe the manager hasn't used him well. Not playing a guy who is going to sweep all the player awards this season would be nuts. Foden is England's most technically gifted player and most versatile attacker.

Man U earned €33m when losing in the QF. So if you win it, TV money/Gate Receipts/and win money I think it will amount to €60m. Fair enough £50m. 2 players instead of 3!

So you would want to drop Saka who has already scored 11 goals for England, been named in the team of the tournament for the world cup by lequipe, has about 8 assists as well, all by the age of 22. For someone who was voted by media because they wanted to big up an English player from City? I know its all Southgates fault for trying Foden on both wings and in the middle.
Btw Foden/Saka have almost identical premier league goals/assists this season
Sheriff hating on an Arsenal player, shocked.

Realistically for Spurs, Europa participation is worth thereabouts £30m to £35m (to get to the quarters - not like they're the most likely winners). Decent money, but given the extra fixtures and travel (which can impact domestic form), the money in itself isn't a big deal for any of the "big 6" clubs - certainly not enough to affect their transfer priorities.
