🔴⚪️ Understand Arsenal want at least €35m plus sell-on clause for Eddie Nketiah.

That's why Arsenal decided to reject €27m proposal from Olympique Marseille, as revealed on Friday.

No agreement between clubs so far and OM could now start to look also at new options.

Someone said that's the asking price on this very forum.

Liverpool have 5 academy players in the starting XI in their 3-0 win vs United, and brought 9 more on off the bench.

Keeping ETH was the worst decision they could have made. The man is way out of his depth

They aren't buying players at the moment so have to reply on youngsters. Thats not necessirly a good thing in the regular season.

I'm pretty sure all those academy players that started played a lot of games for them last season. 2 of them were Jones and Elliot that have been playing for like 3 years.

Pool have pretty much adopted a counter attacking style of play in the two games v united and us

Gabriel Jesus mk2, no thanks

Alvarez is just another one of those overrated players who never gets criticism just because he plays for City

He’s decent but nowhere near a £70m player

Alvarez does score unlike Jesus. So I think he would be very good in our system. If we can sell Jesus to the Saudi's for £55m, Alvarez would be a net £15m. I think he'll score 20+ for Arsenal. I doubt City will sell him to us, though.

Who do people want? Seriously, all I have read on this thread is negative comments on every forward we are linked to. Are you lot satisfied with Jesus/Havertz scoring 15-20? Do you think that will get the job done?

Rather sign Toney than Alvarez

posted on 4/8/24

Toney is very similar to Havertz. What would be the point of having similar forwards who can't play in a two? This is one of the issues we have with Jesus.

How about Solanke?
