If you live in the London area and want to be a ref you're likely to work the marshes at some point

But what I'm saying is the PGMOL have managed to both successfully tell the football world that the lack of London refs is feral Londoners fault and also Aya that PGMOL refs can't be publicly called out because these poor entry level refs might get beat up if they do
