Our entire team tactics seem to be centered around one player. Theo. Without him we have no pace, and no way to get behind the defensive line. We look toothless. Sure, we can grind out the 2-0 wins against the minows. But big games, why are we SO depenedent on a single player??

You say this like Theo plays like Ronaldo against the big teams!! I can barely think of a match winning performance from Theo against a big team.

It's the pace, TBOK. The PACE that we lose. He's the only player who has it and can play up front. Wenger has built a team of technically gifted midgets but with no pace.

The Arabs have loads of money, Giroud being French and all is worth £15-20mill to them. Just like English players are over priced here, French players are probably over priced there. Hopefully he has a good solid World Cup (too much too ask since he never scores against good teams).
Cavani is £30mill worth to be fair although if Giroud is worth double figures then you have a good case to say he's worth much more. Worth a try.
