I wouldn't get your hopes up too high OP, as I'd imagine there's a 60-40% chance he won't get clearance.
Still, he looks like a good prospect. Another season in the Eredivisie wouldn't be the worst thing in the world for him though.
I'm not sure how the visa thing works for international footballers in the PL but I do know that they have to have played a certain proportion of games for their international team in the last year, or be an "outstanding prospect" (or words to that effect).
Ryo would fall into the latter category I assume. What I don't understand is how he played for Feynord for a season. Are there not standard EU laws employment laws around this? Obviously not.
