City would be the easiest.
He was more than willing to go a few a years ago and they would probably double his wages just to get one over on us.
He wouldn't have to move house to another area and let's face it he doesn't lie the club. We just have him a platform to get rich and win trophies on front of 76k a week.
As for the language thing it's all well and good people working with speaking the language, but what about when they leave the working environment? What about when their family's are in another country.
Sorry man, that's simply not gonna happen. Not for the Rooney.
SE'85 your view isn't tinted by the fact that Rooney looked like he was towing a caravan at times on Sunday is it?
I don't think he can run the channels like he used to, as the cliche goes. Still a fantastic player when he's on it though, don't want him to go anywhere else.
I don't even want to leave, that's the thing.
I just think his time is coming to an end at United and that I'm not so sure he would be missed that greatly as I used to think he would be.
He's still a good player but he's lost that special spark for me. He doesn't seem to be as moitvated as he used to be. Looks a bit unfit and over weight to me.
