Lack of chemistry- a problem
========
Absolutely, we should only buy players in their correct formation and who are already teammates, either national or club. Plus a manager with the correct formation and most appropriate nationality.
its a new midfield but you can see how devastating Mata and Hazard are together and i like the way Ba holds it up for those two to play. Our major weakness these days is that we cannot take advantage of set plays like we used to with Drogba Ballack ect
You need a defensive organiser and a true holding player. When Terry is missing you have absolutely no communication on the pitch. You need a Kompany but of course, he's not going to Chelsea.
Mikel thinks too slowly to be a good passer of the ball and reacts too slowly and has no positional sense to be anything more than adequate in that position. Ramires is wasted there as he is a much more dangerous runner and participator in attacks than defender - he should be winning the ball further up the field to counter quickly. Our ex player, Romeo, I think is too slow for the premier league - he has no urgency.
if Terry is fit he should be playing no discussion. Agree on the DM Yaya Toure is the best in the world at the moment but i think Fellani if he comes to Chelsea can challenge him for that role. We need Fellani and Falcao and Jose and we chould be able to win the league

Just interested to know who would be a good defensive midfielder. Who is there even comparable to Makalele? I mean it is still called the Makalele position, even over here in Spain!!! Yaya could do it but would be wasted there and wouldn't be a consistant as Makalele. I think Fellaini would be a good signing for Chelsea but not as a sitting player, more box to box. Maybe Javi Martinez from Bayern? Not many real high class holding players around these days. As for deep lying play maker, you have David Luiz.
Mata and Hazard have a very good understanding between each other.
The true sign of a lack of understanding is by us passing it back and forth in our half and/or playing a long ball as our most common build up strategy.

I agree with Lucas. Don't think he'd go to Chelsea and he'd cost you too much.
