No. I'd argue you started talking about peoples forum habits which is off topic and irrelevant to any relevant context of debate.

feel free to point out where you think the thread veered off topic robin if you're so convinced that i have been the reason for a group of people to post four pages of off topic comments when i am not using the forum.

The onus is on you seeing as you're the one casting aspersions don't you think? I'm not overly bothered who took it off topic - there is no moral high ground to be had there and it's absurd to suggest you can invent terms for internet forum usage, call them standard, and then use said made up term in order to add credibility to a post.

i am just making some observations and then giving my opinion on what they mean.

if you want to defend the behaviour of the group of people on this thread that spend their days trying to mock me as part of a group then you go for it.

again. we can only speculate as to why they do that. i have given my view.

oh. and im not spending my days trawling through the thread to prove something rather obvious. the idea that im responsible for the thread being off topic when there have been pages and pages of off topic comments with me not here really does say it all.

one of the things i find funny is the idea that id be bothered about what a group of people who use a forum as the main source of human interaction would think about me.

i mean, you guys still dont see the irony in trying to mock me knowing a lino and a referees assessor.

let me spell it out for you.

i meet people because i have a social life and keen working life. i dont spend my life arguing on a forum trying to use group tactics to mock someone because they beat me in a debate and made me angry.

one day you might work out why you guys get so worked up when we debate/argue one on one, and why i dont.

And yet here you are, not bothering and not interacting on a forum. You really are hilarious! It's a shame you can't see it.

I didn't say you did say that. My point being, the times that red_man is posting doesn't exclude him from socialising at other times.

You've pointed out that he posts at times when most won't be socialising with friends, then given it as proof he can't have a social life. Is that Raj logic?

theresonlyonereds this might come as a revelation but there's a difference between using the forum on occasion and using it day in day out like you do.

like tonight. wife is out, been working, got 5 minutes for the forum.

most nights if my wife is in we actually do things together. i dont sit on a computer all night arguing.

my opinion of red man and others was based on the regularity of forum use. on the threads we have debated on there are some people that have been on virtually every day and every night.

so yes. that would suggest they arent socialising much.
