I've only been watching the last 20 minutes but I've not seen us create a single clear cut chance. That's just not acceptable in an FA cup quarter final at home against mediocre opposition.
We started off alright but 2nd half have been absolutely atrocious
Wonder what was said at half time.
I really am not looking forward to Sunday
30 seconds to go and they play a goal kick short which then goes back to the keeper anyway.
Lose on Sunday and theres a bloody real chance of us going down.
Millwall have been as gash as us recently and they've looked more than comfortable gainst us
Pathetic with a capital P, meanwhile a certain R Santa Cruz crawls off the bench and pops in a goal in the real competition. I expect he is sad he wasn't warming the bench at Ewood, think about it, where would you rather toddle off with your last few years?!
Depressed even more, supping has commenced
Duggy
Only just commenced? I had to start at KO
So so sad.
1 home match away from a Wembley semi against Wigan.
We spend the match lumping it up the field right down the middle. If you can't motivate players when a "winnable" Wembley FA Cup semi is up for grabs you never will.
A bit of effort I'd be happy, but that was Disgraceful.
the only things that motivates this lot is a call from their agent
The dingles will destroy us on Sunday. I also wouldn't bet against relegation: 2 goals for 9 against in the last 6 in all comps.
No wonder Danny Murphy looks as bad as he did - no midfield to pass to. It looked to me that some players were hiding from the ball (unfortunately Pedersen was not one of them)
In certain respects that was a bad as I have seen for... 4 days. Seriously need to move on half the team in Summer and unfortunately the manager as well. Primary responsibility is with the players but I do not think Appleton is going to take us back to the Premiership- more likely the opposite way.
For a chance to play at Wembley that was utterly unacceptable. Not sure their goalkeeper had to make a save in the 180 mins (might have done whilst I had my eyes closed looking up to the heavens).
Disgrace to the history of Blackburn Rovers Football Club.
