Hey Greg welcome back.
To answer your question I saw it coming. Not quite the margin but i tipped wales to win by 12 closer than anyone else here woo hoo.
That said. 2 year is a long time away mate.
Don't you remember just 7 and a bit weeks ago when wales lost to ireland in Cardiff! Sport is amazing, tings go up and down form rises and dips on the drop of a hat. Wales were on a massive losing streak before this monumental effort. England were on a high from beating the best team in the world and carried that form to the final when they ran into a brick wall.
This is the beauty and the cruelty of our sport and we have to take the highs and lows in equal measure.
As a neutral, i can say a big thank youto Wales and England for providing a thrilling day and fitting end to the competition.
And now we don't turn our attention to the WC but infact immediately to the Heineken Cup then the Lions then the Six Nations again next year and indeed the following year before we have a world cup to look forward to.
There is a hell of a lot of rugby to be played yet mate!
And long may it continue.!
P.S. Congratulations.
Hey Greg - congratulations on the win. I'm finding it incredibly hard to take and still haven;t been able to watch a repeat of the game as I'm worried about my stress levels.
Bring on the Heineken cup to take my mind off it!
The damage caused by lightning strikes in south west Wales was the worst in 20 years, says Western Power Distribution.
