I'd start with any of The Sun unts who wrote that pile of shiite about Hillsbrough
I believed that Liverpool supporters were likely to be to blame all that time and The Sun is responsible for that wrongly held opinion
You would have to get that piece of human excrement mckenzie, he like his press brothers would never have the balls to sit there in front of real people without the shield of their computers and answer questions.
No way.
Do Journos get Millions of £'s a year to communicate with footballers?
Reflected glory Hector, they like to feel important.
Harlequin
I'm not standing up for the rabble-rousers, but managers get the big dough to deal with them as well as deal with footballers.
You think you have mince journos, the head sports writer at our biggest tabloid just joined Rangers as press officer....officially rewarded for services rendered...
Any Murdoch paper is full of lies, they are pure filth that have less morals than murderers and rapists.
Why should the press get away with the behaviour lies and illegal practises it does all the time.
Hillsborough the truth, phone hacking murder victims families phones, printing fake photos ffs.
The sports pages are a joke nowadays match reports are more like something out of a woman's magazine.
They print lies as facts on full page spreads then the correction when printed is hidden away in a small section.
Any lie printed should have the apology the same size on the same page.

^It's the fact that the Sun stood by their story for decades when everybody knew it wasn't the truth. Shameless.
Do you honestly think the Sun invented every thing they printdd about that day, or merely bowed to public outrage off the back of the recent inquest? Maybe they got some facts wrong, but I don't accept that the fans weren't partly responsible. The policing was poor by todays standards, but typical of the standards of the time. Nobody deserved to die for what happened that day, but both the police and fans were equally culpable.

The depths some will stoop to have a dig disgusts me.
So although the Hillsbrough report completely removed any blame whatsoever from the Liverpool supporters and put the collective culpability on South Yorkshire police and the government for colluding with the conspiracy, you still decide the Liverpool fans are partly to blame
Sad sad man
Batmoanu,
I concede that parts of it were falsified or misinterpreted but I won't accept that everything they printed about that day was lies.
Furthermore, I don't think they did know that it wasn't the truth. They went of information that they were fed. Misinformation is to blame, not The Sun.
I don't for one second suppose that the entirety of their apology is sincere and that they believe that everything they submitted was false. The media bends to public sensitivity, which at the moment is fully on defending the Liverpool fans and criticising the Police.
Paisleys, I'm not stooping to have a dig. Anyone who went to football in the 70s and 80s knows full well that thousands of ticketless drunk fans forcing their way into a stadium is not beyond the realms of possibility.
PPLF.. I work in the Media. It is all manufactured to suit public sensitivities. I've seen multi-million pound ad campaigns pulled simply because their advert features a hot air balloon bursting (and some Brits recently died in a hot air balloon crash) and adverts pulled because the programme which they surrounded featured a bit on Jimmy Saville.
Do you honestly think for one second that the Media isn't manufactured to please the general public?
Maybe so but it hardly confirms the Sun report that drunken scousers were to blame and they were robbing and p1ssing on the dead
I think your display name, recent incidences of calling people kettlekneck and then this is about as much damage to my site as I am willing to tolerate . Go disrupt another forum, since that is ultimately a win win for us.
I don't think what he said was that bad.
A tad over-sensitive if you ask me.

I merely wanted to say that I wasn't attempting to mock that tragedy in any way whatsoever. If that's how it came across then please convey my apologies to the users on your site. I was just using it as an example to point out that the media is false - which was the topic in discussion. I tried to post the following when I realised I was banned:
"However, I don't want to get into further debate about Hillsbrough. Whilst I don't believe it is fair to place 100% of the blame on the Police, what happened that day was a tragedy and I have nothing but sympathy and respect for the families of the victims "

His usernames are always chosen with the purpose of mocking other teams rather than conveying anything positive.
There's no reason to believe he is not just trying to be a with these comments.
Really not surprising that he works in the media, a sad reflection on what journalism is.

Sorry I have been away, I would have removed his post myself, I have been on when that particular cretin has crossed the line before he won't be missed.

I have had previous conversations with this guy and challenged his IQ levels based on his choice of user names which are chosen to provoke and offend other users on these boards. Suffice to say these 'discussions' tended to go down hill quickly, i have to question his actual motives for posting or commenting on threads particularly on boards of other teams. They generally seem to have the intention to irritate and wind up fans of other clubs and i personally am glad to see the back of him although i am sure he will be back in some other guise, if my experiences with him are anything to go by he will want to have the last word.
