Duke - you don't seriously believe what you have just posted the seller is the administrator - this whole thing stinks

==

well its what happened

Its what happens on a regular basis.

Does it stink.... yes it does but of what Im not sure.

The seller is NOT the administrator until it has to be sold.
Prior to this and if a CVA went through Whyte was still a big player.

"Nothing that the cold hard facts that a decent administrator or accountant couldn't provide."

Duff & Phelps are just as dodgy and as complicit as Whyte, and Green.

BN, they were/are Whytey's choice.

That should have raised alarms at the time.

They had to try and get him to sell.

He wanted to sell he just needed convinced.

As it turned out it didnt matter.

A CVA was never ever going to happen

So, failure to agree a CVA was inevitable - and then the 2nd vulture ,pounced

Fair play if you think that Chuck Green is the answer - I seriously doubt it

How did sev co/rangers ever get a license?

HMP

I think that's the handshake.
But I could have a "bigotted" view.

Well we know that now however the administrators had to try for it and nothing further could be done until that concluded.

At the moment he has done well ...am I convinced long term?, the Jury is out on that.

Really, you believe that - guys a blowhard - poor track record in business and football

The CVA was never going to succeed - HMRC have much bigger fish to fry and were not going to let Rangers away with a liability of circa 75m

"That's why I said "decent" administrator.

So long........ Agreed. But if Green is allowed to carry on unchallenged; I fear that he will put Rangers further back by many, many years."

Yup.

No-one will challenge him though.

Come on Ginger he is challenged on an almost daily basis.

His every move is being investigated and even today moves from over a year ago come under the microscope

Have you ever known a business to have such focus on its every move?

Thats the press and the fans, but more important than that is AIM who need to be kept informed.

He is being challenged from every possible angle.

as far as Rangers are concerned he has done well.

We are playing football and he has raised 20 million in the floatation.

Yes I think he has done well.

But he needs to keep doing well in the future.

And so he should be until we get honesty and transparency - oh and a bit of humility would not go a miss

"A Rangers man too, because anyone else is just laughed off as being a Celtic man; a blogger with hatred for Rangers; or someone with a not so secret agenda to oversee and assist Rangers' terminal downfall."

There's absolutely no-one though.

So - if you knew that the CVA could not succeed - liquidation was inevitable - yes? so why the victim mentality and all the bleating - you have been treated very well in all the circumstances
