yeah one thing that really annoys me about gooners is the way they blame wenger for chamakh and arshavin's poor form

Good players force you to play them by applying themselves in training and performing when called upon

He got us top 4 in 09

Not the biggest flop, just one among many.

Chelsea and Liverpool have far worse record signings to be fair

Wenger should be disgusted, another career he has killed. Podolski needs to get out of here ASAP before Wenger sends him down the same route.

Thank you Arshavin for the memories, sorry we had to ruin you though. Arshavin

you always hear people banging on about him getting played wrong position.

but when arshavin was actually playing well we had cesc there.

and the position didn't see to be a problem for him when he was tearing teams apart when he first joined.

and... arhsavin himself said left wing in a 4-3-3 is one of his favoured positions...

batmanu it is kinda funny how you struggle to support anything about arsenal but stick up for the one guy who couldn't be arssed to actually put in any effort for us. i'm sure there's a message in there somewhere but too tired to figure it out.

Arshavin has never once complained about being messed around by an egotistical stubborn man when the rest of the world could see his career was being destroyed. Very classy man, Arshavin

He looked like a world beater when you signed him, maybe the money and the easy life got to him and he lost any fight or determination he had for the game.

I'll never forget his 4 goals at Anfield, he broke my heart that night.

Batmoanu, blaming Arshavin's laziness and loss of interest on Arsene is bad enough, but how you have the cheek to blame him for Podolski's injury is beyond me. It's embarrassing.

Next you'll be blaming all natural disasters on him too. Wouldn't surprise me.

Of course he's not going to complain. He became fat and lost interest for the game, if anything it's Arsene who should be moaning...

he should have left then because we clearly didn't want him? why would he complain when he prefered to get his 90k every week than go and play

Bats please shut up.

Arshavin would've been in the squad had he tried. I think he has lost passion for football.

4 goals at Anfield, 1 tap in, 1 weak shot/Reina error, 1 mishit, 1 good goal.

He said as much when Russia failed to qualify the 2010 world cup

Arshavin is a waste of talent and only has himself to blame.

Will never forget that goal against Barcelona though.
