You've won the league.
You could play Fergie at centre back in every game this season and coast to the title. You've just been so so clinical - never seen a team like it.
Gotta take your hats off.
Fred we all thought this last year and look what happened
Still got some games we could easily lose, especially with how off form the team is.
We'll be ok
We just need to completely forget about our own strengths and set up to counter Stokes physical and aerial game
We have a few big lads in the reserves who need to be thrown in
If Sir Alex plays all our players in their correct positions and we try to attack Stoke, that would be suicide against a team of Stokes Callibre
Pack the midfield and defence and put a couple of strikers on the bench only just in case we can't hold out for a 0-0
What I want is to see utd play well
Everyone likes to win but at moment I dont find how we play very attractive
VCD
I think the chance to see attractive football this season is over, unless we win the league early
I'd take a drab 1-0 about now (which I would NEVER normally say) and hope we sign a player or two in the Summer that can make us more entertaining
I too am concerned about how we have been approaching games lately. We seem to lack that cutting edge, that killer instinct or that hunger to go for it especially when we are at a disadvantage.
The whole team knows what is required to get the job done and I sense that the team has gotten complacent too soon as well as other factors such as tiredness which also affects concentration.

True, you are right.
Watch us all be talking like this and then we play the best game of the season at the weekend
The fact that SAF likes to play square pegs in round hole tactics doesn't help with the fluidity of our team. Nor does playing less capable players over more capable players help the confidence of those that are unfortunately left out of the squad for the game.
I think the whole team needs a big kick up the backside to awaken them fron their complacent sleep. I'll leave it to someone else to kick SAF backside. I don't fancy a the hairdryer
our recent games very much remind me of end of last season, which is why i'm concerned.
the lead is not that big, when you consider we could easily lose to Chelsea and Arsenal.
VCD & Macca
Only yesterday I said the last time we played football that was good to watch was the start of last season.
The midfield was Nani Cleverley Anderson Young with Rooney Wellbeck / Hernandez up top.
If ever there was a game to 'bounce' back from poor/average performances of late then it would have been the derby game. Im wary that the side effects of the defeat will have seeped into the players mindset knowing full well that every game we play until we realistically win the league will be nervous for both the team and the fans.
I still believe we win the league but maybe not at the bigger points advantage that we've had the luxury of having for the past few weeks.
We're guna draw our next two games I reckon.
We're going to still end up with title I think but we'll make hard work of it.
Winning ugly is better than losing pretty (unless we are talking girlfriends).
Perhaps our saving frace is that we are playing badly, Stoke are playing even worse
The whole team knows what is required to get the job done and I sense that the team has gotten complacent too soon as well as other factors such as tiredness which also affects concentration.

The players that are playing the best are the players who have played the most games
Tiredness is not a factor whatsoever.
I'm worried about Villa. We tend to struggle against them and they're in great form.

Fantastic strategy, it's worked so well on numerous occasions too.
That tall kid that plays in defence for the reserves can do a job on the wing.
Smalling too

Yeah but Stoke's crowd are brilliant and what better way for the Stoke players to cheer them up then upping their game and beating United
We need to hit them hard early a score a couple so the crowd get on their own team's back

I know who you mean but forget his name for the minute
A few weaks ago I thought he was gonna whack a linesman. He's perfect for Stoke
sorry, but anyone playing for a club like utd should not be worried about losing a 12 point lead with only 7 games left.
thats shows a serious lack of mental strength, and not the kind of mentality you should have if playing for a big club.
