Premier League Revolution?

Well Moyes has already obviously got a bit of a thing with Liverpool, not only as Everton manager but over the Suarez thing. That will only grow.
Moyes and Wenger are not exactly best buddies.
Mourinho and AVB, a brotherly type relationship - ie a fair bit of competitiveness between them.
Pellegrini and Wenger will unite in a bond against the rest, especially Mourinho and the Scot at Utd.

good article, i think the summer transfer dealings are going to be crucial, particularly in United's case

It really gives an element of freshness into the premier league

im excited for next season, that might sound a bit strange seeing as we've just lost an institution in sir alex, but ive never known anything different, so im really interested to see how we fare next season

This is what football's all about isn't it? Not knowing what's coming next? It'll be refreshing!

With the Emirates and Puma deals coming in, as well as the new sky money, plus some deadwood leaving the wage bill, hopefully Arsenal will be aggressive in the transfer market, add to that Chelsea and City spending big with new managers, hopefully the league will be a lot closer than it is this year.

its sad that a good article like this gets about 4 comments in an hour, if you'd done a wum article you'd have 100+ comments

I've got a feeling, especially if Mancini is replaced, there could be a record number of goals scored next season in the premier league.

I think its only just been multi-boarded, hopefully more comments will come.

It is not just the Premier League either.
Real Madrid will probably be getting a new manager, and with that a few big signings.
Barcelona look likely to have a big summer of ins and outs.
Monaco are celebrating promotion back to Ligue 1 with a spending spree.
Pep at Bayern will oversee a smaller player turnover, but could still see a couple of massive buys come in.
Juventus, Milan and Inter will probably look to do some decent business this summer, and of course PSG are likely to continue to spend.

A lot of money will change hands this summer, and with no international tournament making things difficult it could be a full summer of ins, outs and rumour.

It will also be interesting to see if FFP works or not.

So how do you see the top teams finishing next year? I think it will be Chelsea as winners with City and Utd fighting for 2nd Arsenal and Spurs going for 4th.

My view may change after transfers but as it stands thats what i think

I still have united as favourites but the top 3 will be chelsea, united and city no matter what, could be any order tbh, still think liverpool with a good summer could get 4th next season if theyre still in touch when suarez returns

After reading this I think it's fair to say that Arsenal are favourites for the league.

1) City
2) Arsenal
3) Chelsea
4) United

I'm willing to put my nuts on the line.

Confederations cup is on. So is the under 21's and a couple of other youth tournaments. Some big players will compete in these. Especially the confederations cup.

Summer is going to be fascinating for the reasons you've stated though, DJ.

Look at it this way. Most of our players will be familiar with our manager and also he's a proven manager who I'm sure will want more than ever to win the league seeing as it's likely that is might be his last season at the club.

Also, with the puma and emirates deals we're almost guaranteed to buy a few players and I'm expecting something along the lines of Jovetic, Benteke, Gonalons and Ronaldo.

We'll have more desire than ever before and other clubs will be struggling with manager changes and knew tactics etc.

It's in our hands.

Arsenal will not finish anywhere near the top two. Of the big four they have the most issues. If Bale stays spurs have in them a player that will get even better. Pelegrini- new manager if he goes to city. But he is a good manager plus the city squad is good.
Mourinho at Chelsea - nothing to add.
Moyes at utd - might be shaky if Rio, goes as well. I think he will but with a decent signing should be comfortable.
Arsenal- might not qualify for Cl. Arsene had a poor record against the big boys. Only see the record continuing because he is such a rigid tactiian.
1. Utd. 2. Chelsea. 3. City. 4. ??
