If true, Forest's value has been wildly exaggerated.
Straws. Clutching.
I shall also do the same.
GUYS
DO DERBY EVEN PLAY IN WHITE?
IS THAT EVEN A RAM ON THEIR BADGE?
IS PRIDE PARK JUST OFF THE A52!?!?!?!?
IS IT ALL LIES!!?!?!?!?
Redlaw, read the links, its all official.
Poor Fawaz lol,
Banter aside, it does explain why he wont commit any money for players, and only wants loans
Considering we were debt free when we were sold to the Al Hasawi family - as GUARANTEED by the Doughty estate, I expect those figures are as reliable as a chocolate space ship. Keep trying though, it's funny seeing you waste your time plundering through the internets for any crumbs of comfort.
ridiculous as it might sound, being £10m in the black is actually pretty good going for a club of our standing.

The links were posted on another site, I just copied them onto here, and if you actually look at the links, you don't have to pay for the info
I got them from

Its a good banter group, if anyone wants to join, although they have strict rules, no targeting people for abuse, and you cant use the C word
Poor straws....
-£80m+ seems abit heafty, but when you think that doughy had been running us at a lost of up to 12m a year in his final years of service it seem about right. There is still no justifiable for our club to of been mismanaged that badly, especially seeing as there wasn't exactly 'promotion push' investment since the platt era.
Oh well. Slate cleaned. New owners that will actually streamline costs rather than inflate them. Im sure promotion would add a thousand times more value than any of NLNs freebies
Its interesting to see the dippers fianaces...
http://companycheck.co.uk/company/04593477/LEICESTER-CITY-FOOTBALL-CLUB-LIMITED#accounts-tab
whereas ours has slowly declined, theirs seems to be nose diving. Could be interesting...
Yep, Bin dippers -65m, not as dire as forest though
Figures published 31/05/12, since then we have had the club bought and the debt written off by ND's estate
Ilko, what do you mean about not committing money, yes we have had loanees but we have also got Guidiora, Cox, Collins, Lansbury, Halford, Gillett and Harding on permanent deals. Pep, Cox and Lansbury cost about 4 million and the others would have cost a few quid on wages alone.
Figures published BEFORE the takeover?
So tell us Ilko how are these 'official' stats actually relevant to current day Nottingham Forest?
Get ya coat!
Obsessed, desperate, and clutching at thin air. Yet we are the ones constantly 'living in the past'.
Special little article. Well done..............
That's it then ... we must be going bust.
and here was me thinking we finished above Derby in the league silly me
Ilko; this is on par with the ‘average’ away attendance figures you published (here is a link to highlight your pedigree...)

These accounts are from before the Al-Hazawi's took over
You really are a Trevor
Here is an Ilko-esque 'hot-news' link...
Hey, hey have you seen this...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2007%E2%80%9308_Derby_County_F.C._season
Apparently, Derby only got 11 points in the league!
Actually, read the link, it really is funny
For a full picture of the company's financial health, you could request a copy of the full accounts from the business directly and have them analysed by a suitable expert.
If you have not renewed your season ticket yet. Do not feel ashamed. The business owners are doing their best not to scour the country for free acquisitions unlike the neighbours. However, if a quality player or a prospective loan player comes available expect them to go for said player.
At least you described the article correctly in the title
I see nobody wants superstar Hughes

Why are all the dogs getting so hot under their collars about this? Occasionally the fantasy world of football finance and the real world come together. Did they believe the massive debts they had under the previous regime just disappeared? Did they believe Nigel Doughty years ago when he said the club was ostensibly debt free? What did ostensibly mean, it doesn't feature as a concept in any books on accounting.
Essentially Forest like most clubs have spent money they don't have. The fact that the source of the finance came from someone who supported the club doesn't mean that debts don't accrue interest or need to be repaid. Who are the 80 million pounds of liabilities, liable to. Is it Fawaz or the Doughty estate? Such liabilities are unsustainable without the premier league TV payments. Bolton who must be in a far worse position cannot possibly survive unless the go back to the Premiership.
One thing I can say with almost complete certainty is that fans eventually will turn on their benefactors. We did to Lionel as the dogs did to Doughty so if Fawaz thinks he is buying popularity he will have a rude awakening.
Coming from a person who doesn't seem to know the meaning of "of"and "have" Webbo I will take a guess that your financial knowledge is as developed as your ability to write your native language.
