I'd be up for that My only problem is that I dunno if I'd be the best person for you to partner up with Like TBag said, I'm not a risk taker on here , and me being me, I dunno how often your players would get on the pitch. So I'm not sure if you'd get the best out of it.

The idea is quite simple. We would free up some space in your squad. We would then look to fill those spaces with some talented youngsters from my squad and a few others I've spotted. In an injury crisis a lot of them would help you out (many are playing first team football irl) but there would be no pressure to play them. I'd effectively be 'selling' them to you (free) for lets say a calendar year with an obvious 'free buy back' clause whilst at the same time freeing up space in my squad. I would then bring in some others I have spotted (not expensive) and they will get some games for me and we will see how it all pans out. At the end of the whole thing we could see if there's any worth keeping and whatever we release/sell we go halvers on .......or something like that

Elmir Nabiullin - 19 year old first choice for Rubin Kazan in Russia. Has played about 15 games this season. Seen as a future international LB

Douglas Coutinho - 20 year old CF who can play all across the front 3. Quick, strong and an eye for goal. Utd. were supposedly monitoring him
