You'd see the positives of nuclear war.

Are you implying that losing Suarez will not weaken you as a team?

I think we will be just as strong an outfit without Suarez provided we replace him. To be honest I can see Coutinho being even better anyway.

there's no knowing where wed have finished without his goals!

Can't see coutinho hitting 30 goals, just can't.

He will, without doubt, be a loss to the team.
Could be worse though, could be #TeamMoyes.

No but I can see Sturridge hitting 30 goals. He got 10 in 14 in the league and that's a better return per game than Luis.

Coutinho will also set up 30 goals a season.

How could finishing above liverpool be worse than where liverpool finished?

posted on 1/6/13

Sturridge will more likely score 15 to 22 goals a season, and Coutinho will get 8 to 15 assists a season.

But it's not as if we'll be playing with 10 men every game next season...

posted on 1/6/13

I think if Danny status fit, he'll definitely get us over 20 goals a season!

posted on 1/6/13

Where the hell did you pick 22 and 8 from by the way?

Not exactly round numbers...

taking everything into account, LIverpool will be better on and off the field without him. If they get anything like 40m it is a very good deal for Liverpool.
Madrid's normal tactic however is to destabilise the player to the point he has to be sold then get him for less than they should be paying. My bet is he will go for 25 - 30m.

The point with a nuclear war., is.......nah..only joking

Undoubtedly losing Suarez would temporarily destabilise us, but I'm sure we'd quickly recover if the money was spent correctly.

Ever since the bite, I've been hoping we sell Suarez. A brilliant player he may be, but he's also an idiot of the highest order, and we can't be doing with idiots here.

So you take away the goals he scored in games and the point total doesn't really change?

Apparently we would still finish 7th failaini....maybe further away from 6th, but still 7th.

i agree with GB, suarez is replaceable its not like bale at spurs or us and benteke plus he has probably been more trouble than his worth. If i was liverpool I would get rid and use the money to buy a LB,CB and replacement CF to help sturridge. Can see liverpool doing well next season.

Fair enough. I am surprised he gave so little to the side really

Let's not pretend we don't really mind if he is in our team or not...he is world class and not exactly in a position to be happy at losing a player of his calibre.

If he goes then so be it as he will bring in a hefty fee, however it will be a sad moment if he does go!
