Batman Arkham asylum would be awesome if they could fit it all in to an appropriate time slot.
Hmmmmm Resident Evil? Doom? How about Super Mario Bros?
In all seriousness game films if done well - something from the Elven Scrolls could be pretty good though maybe a little too cliche. WoW although this could actually be happening. Uncharted and from what I have seen the Last of Us is pretty Hollywood and as long as neither are directed by Michael Bay should be fine - i would vote maybe Del Toro for Last of Us and someone like Nolan for Uncharted, make it a little gritty for the big screens.
Will be interesting how the Halo series pans out as i enjoyed the web series
Just playing it now an nowhere near the end but I reckon Dragon Age could make an awesome TV series.
Killzone would probably make some good films.
How about Super Mario Bros
-------------
already done
Heavy Rain was basically a movie masquerading as a game. A superb one as well.
Dragon age would be awesome SKA, great game and storyline.
Uncharted, as said, was basically a movie anyway.
An assassins creed movie has already been made I believe.
black ops staring Stallone, Statham, Lundgren, Jet li... oh wait
broken sword
they was rumors of it being made but nothing made as far as i am aware
the legend of zelda ....with speilberg behind it......
Great thing about Uncharted is Drake is the spitting image of Gerrard Butler so casting is easy
The upcoming Beyond: Two Souls. Spiritual successor to Heavy Rain, from the same people. Going to be brilliant.
Also it's snuck up on me but I think I'll definitely be getting The Last of Us. Didn't think too much initially but read a few features recently that intrigued me and yesterday read a 10/10 review that just made it sound like a brilliant game.

I thought Red Dead too, but the spaghetti western genre has been done a lot already.
I wonder how this Assassin's Creed film is going to turn out.
Dragon Age would be great.
The problem is movies based on video game's are in the same spot that comics were in pre X-Men. They're not really taken seriously and are always given to a director with more style than substance so ends up looking like a really long music video than a competent film.
The only thing anyone would need to adapt in a Dragon Age series is the RPG aspect. Make that as cinematic as the cut scenes and it's already a great story. Then just chop it in to bits and you have a few series of a great TV show.
Also, improve some of the voice acting.
Ha! I'm sure some of the acting/voices would be a bit more subtle. Who would play Sandal? "Enchantment? ......ENCHANTMENT!"
Left 4 Dead or The Last of Us
