Where is this Assassins Creed movie you speak of?
Pre-production, it's set to be released in 2015 according to quite a few sources - including IMDb.

WoW is also seemingly going to be released as a movie in 2015.

Could be decent, but most likely is going to be crap. These things never seem to be done too well.
My illustrious rise with Wycombe Wanderers from struggling League Two contenders too winning the champions league 6 times in a row is a movie just waiting too be written.
I used to love the Street Fighter film as a kid, tried watching it recently, it was so fkin bad.
I now fully understand why my Dad nearly had tears in his eyes when my mum made him put it on for me all the time.
GTA San Andreas: the movie
Surprised nobody mentioned it, exceptional series, an emotional roller-coaster in mass effect 3
Liverpool-Alaves UEFA CUP final (2001, 2002?).
From an Alavés point of view, an epic Greek tragedy.
Mass Effect would be terrible - you would watch it once at the cinema and then the Bluray version would have a different ending!
Mass Effect would need to be about 17 hrs long to do the characters and universe justice.

I would count that in with the OP
The whole thing wouldn't be enough for 1 film, probably more like 5
MGS2 would make a better film than 3
"the legend of zelda ....with speilberg behind it......"
He would ruin the c'rap out of that games. Hope Hollywood steer clear from games.
Look what they've done to Resident Evil. Shocking, shocking stuff.
Hollywood always spoils games. It is because they see that people have played the game so do something different with it using the elements from the game to tie it in.
Example, Doom could have been an excellent action movie. Silent Hill could have worked really well, and they ruined it, twice. And let's not mention Resident Evil series or anything done y Uwe Boll.
The only way a movie based on a game would work is if fans of the game who are talented writers, directors, camera men/women, etc. come together and make it.
And FFS don't change the complete storyline to something totally different. You don't see that happening a lot with books so why should games be different.
