Most overrated striker in world football

Does nothing apart from fixing his hair all game then scores a tap in

Not really an area we need to strengthen – even if Rooney leaves I think we could cope without a like for like replacement. The deal might meen that Jovetic is leaving though.

More interested in the rumour about De Rossi being available for 10mill! That would be a bargin

Bit harsh, his stats are pretty good and for that price offers real value

He is a revolutionary in his movement in the sense he makes space for himself by not moving at all. All game. Ever.

68 starts for bayern and 66 goals, pretty decent I reckon

He's a real good finisher, bottled it in CL final vs Chelsea though.

But other than that he does feck all. If the team creates tons of chances like Bayern he's worth having.

Spurs are crying out for strikers, he would be good for them and certainly cant be any worse than adebayor?

Great news, fiorentina were our main rivals in the Villa deal. This almost certainly means we are clear favourites now to get Villa

Schweinsteigger's girlfriend is a beauty, did Mario actually have an affair with her?

its the word on the street. a mate of mine who lives in munich actually saw them together eating at a restaurant before this rumour existed. we all thought it was weird at the time.

--------

talk about keeping it on the DL.

Gomez looks like a greasy lampost, Bastian is a hunk

We were linked before and articles on our board questioned his ability. Bit rich considering we had Ade up top most of last season

As said above, his goal scoring record is phenomenal. Tap-ins or not, a goal is a goal and can be the difference between 0+1 and 1+3 points no matter how scrappy it is.

66 goals in 68 apps in brilliant. It's probably better than Messi's!

he is leaving bayern because he had an affair with schweinsteigers gf i believe

Lucky sod, she is the perfect female specimen.

Oh... and no can use the "poor league standard" excuse here. German league is probably better than ours.

Fiorentina are about to pull out of the deal though. They can only afford him if they manage to sell Jovetic. Problem is they're asking for 30m and it seems nobody is willing to pay that.

Gomez' a great finisher and I wouldn't mind having him. He will surely put in a shift if he wants to go to Brazil next year....

Best goalscoring striker in the world. Apart from cavani.

Bargain.

Stop acting like the gooners.
Gomez is a world class class striker and his record speaks for himself.
40 goals in a season is no joke.

posted on 4/7/13

Btw the mentioned figure is completely wrong.
Bayern bought him for 35m Euros and want 25m now.

That makes it about 22m pounds and therefore not such a bargain....

For a guy who scored 80 club goals in two seasons?

And bearing in mid the like of
Falcao and Torres have cost £50m

Yeah it's still a bargain

He'd be a fantastic signing for spurs
