Much like Fellaini, Arteta was indeed a great player for you guys.

posted on 6/7/13

So Fellaini has moved?

Thats news to my user name

posted on 6/7/13

Aside from testimonials and charity matches, Arteta's Everton days are now firmly behind him. Whilst he was at Goodison though, he did really well for you guys.

Similarly so with Felliani.

If I were an Everton fan, I'd take Ramsey plus £17m. Fellaini wants out anyway and Ramsey is a good little player who still has much time to improve. Plus you're not going to get anybody better.

How much did Wenger pay for Fellaini and what do you guys think of him.Considering when we played you last, all of you to a man called him a thug.

So getting a player and £17million for one of our players and the player we get in exchange we aint gonna get any better. How does that work TOOR???

That is impossible to read PN..

Why would Ramsey be the best we could attract when he's supposedly part of transfer deal that involves him and £17 million for one of our players.

We have in the past and currently have quality player on our books

posted on 6/7/13

Ramsey would be your best midfielder, he'd be an improvement on what you have plus you'd have £17m that you badly need to reinvest in the squad. A new defender and a striker being priority then. I'd expect Mirallas and Pienaar to be your two wide men in Martinez' system and you'd have Ramsey sitting doing the role Allen does for us, with Gibson further ahead doing the passing, with Jelavic perhaps behind the new striker.

Doing the Allen role hahaha, erm no thank you we have far better players in our midfield.

I've not read anywhere about Fellaini prostituting himself around desperately trying to leave. Are you not getting mixed up with another foreign player from a Merseyside seeking a move TOOR?

I cant believe you would turn down this deal!

As an Arsenal fan I wouldn't be happy if this deal was done.
Ramsey is a very handy player for us and whilst Fellaini would start for us he is very overpriced!

Is this phil neville pleb still around?

"Doing the Allen role hahaha, erm no thank you we have far better players in our midfield."

Bar Fellaini, who do you have that's better than Ramsey?

You should be comparing Ramsey to players in the United.City,Chelsea and Spurs teams not ours.

Lets face it if he played for any of them he wouldn't get a sniff of a first team place.

If we had Ramsey he wouldn't stand out in our team and their lies the problem with Arsenal. You now accept second best when it comes to players and have done since the stadium move

posted on 6/7/13

Whether you like it our not Neville, Martinez wants Ramsey. That doesn't mean we will accept just a £7m valuation. But its obvious he wants him or we wouldn't have bid for Grenier.

You may not like him or judge him worthy of a 'perennial mid-table side'. Many of us doubters have changed our minds and think he is going to be terrific player. One of the best and there would be zero chance of us giving him to you if his path wasn't blocked by Wilshere. So you should count yourself lucky if the deal goes ahead because personally I would keep him and buy Fellaini outright.

"You should be comparing Ramsey to players in the United.City,Chelsea and Spurs teams not ours."

Your fellow Evertonian brought Ramsey's name originally, and as a result everyone got sucked into this debate which concerns your team.
In fact, you're deeply involved in it as well. Nice attempt at an evasion there.

"Lets face it if he played for any of them he wouldn't get a sniff of a first team place."

Maybe. Maybe not. But he's no worse than the likes of Parker, or Cleverley, guys who play quite often at their clubs.

Main point though, he'd waltz into your poor side and be one of your best players.

So I'll ask you once again, who in your midfield, apart from Fellaini, is superior to Ramsey?

Bar Fellaini, who do you have that's better than Ramsey?

Mirallas,Pienaar and Barkley.

posted on 6/7/13

I take it you mean Midfielders Dubb?

posted on 6/7/13

Have to say I rate Mirallas.

Shame Arsene doesn't, otherwise we'd probably have him off you too.

posted on 6/7/13

People keep talking about this contract clause, yet here were are without an offer for him?

Wenger following the Liverpool model, say you are after a star name/big money transfer....... Then bring in a few youth/fringe players while the better players are sold to Madrid/Barca/United.

If rather have 22 million + Madge Ramsey

posted on 7/7/13

Thing is Wenger wouldn't sell Ramsey at all or loan him out since Coquelien is gone, so we are a bit lightweight in midfield.

Madge Ramsey

posted on 7/7/13

Everton fans turning their noses up at Ramsey. You'd think you are trophy winners or something. Ramsey is one of the brightest young talents in the UK. Your targets are the likes of Kone, so you should be happy with Ramsey, who could form a long-lasting partnership with another one of the UK's brightest young talents in Barkely.

Know your place.

Well said TOOR.

I think TOOR showed his lack of football knowledge when he predicted Liverpool would finish above Everton

Managed to do it without a 20 goal a season Striker
