I, personally, think that we should go for bidding wars really. Everyone should have the opportunity to go for everyone. But, we will need a Transfer Manager to acumen all the transfers during the day. I could be back-up but we'd need someone not involved in the league to monitor. I'm happy to try and find someone else.

"Squad Size

Your squad must not contain anymoe than 30 squad players. If this is the case and is not sorted out by the end of the working week, there will be a punishment which will be decided by the league runner. Examples are, if you are 2 players over the limit, at random, 2 players are released and you don't get the money for the players worth and they can be signed for free or a ban of all transfers and releases for a day."

Looks like we will be sticking with 1st come, 1st served so far. But we'll see what a couple of others think and then we'll be ok I think.

"Team Selection & Tactics"

Not going to post the current written status up on this yet, as it is very likely to change.

1st, Tactics. We still want them. Should we say 150 words as just a Game Plan for you to read through? Deadline Tuesday 5PM?

2nd, Predictions. We want them. Should we say, a scoreline + a small paragraph description for an extra £3M? No paragraph only earns you £1M? Division 1 predicts on Division 2 and vice-versa? Deadline Saturday Midday?

Results Calculation comes into this as well. They will be calculated by me and a Co-Runner which may remain as Fan, but, as he said he may not be 100% active, we could use someone else really. Anyone know of anyone? Hodgey would be a perfect fit for this, but does he want back?

Tuesday is a difficult one if games are on Saturday, to be honest. Doesn't give much of a chance to improve your side after each game.

TD, Once we have the Rules fixed and sorted. What do you prefer, bidding wars or 1st come 1st served? + They will probably be tomorrow 2PM (not official as yet though).

Could always make it Wednesday Midday instead then for tactics?

Wednesday 5pm would suit me, i think. Maybe Thursday same time. Gives people a day and a half to read up.


Also, if necessary, I'd offer to do the results for the other division.
