We can make it so we put Transfer Embargo's on everyone, for example:

Season One - You can sign players that have a TM Value up to £10M but you can not bid for a player with over a value of £10M.
Season Two - You can sign players that have a TM Value of up to £20M but you can not bid for a player with over a value of £20M.

Then it just keeps going like that. But, it doesn't mean that your bidding wars can not go on over that limit. So someone's value could be £7.9M but you could then go as far as £22M with bidding wars lets say. That way it keeps the bigger players out of the question for seasons to come and intensifies on how well your transfer skills are at picking up bargains.

Who knows. But then there is no chance of either of them being in the league if not for teams to completely overpower everyone else's teams. Makes it fair on everyone.

Mex, Not when there are 18 games in a Season + Cups and maybe a week off for some reason, that'd come up to half of a year for a Season to be complete.

That is because everyone else's squads have much better players than £10M. This way, everyone's squad will be similar.
