Juve

Looking like Milan are going to be the only Serie A team in the last 16 of the CL.

United and Milan final - battle of the midtable giants.

Milan always find their way through regardless of how awful they are.

The rest of Serie A has been letting them down for years.

This is just another blow to their coefficient - unless they all do really well in the Europa - it's a long way back for Serie A, which is sad to see.

DK, weren't Juve you dark horses for this year? Who's your light brown horse, just to steer clear?

Nah, it was Mex that said Juve. I've been questioning their ability to go far in the CL due to 352 being exposed against the very best teams. Didn't expect them to go out in the group, though.

Atleti were always my dark horse.

Mex? LAM!

Serie A teams need to buck their ideas up in Europe or they risk losing their 3rd CL spot to the Russian league in a few years.

I really didn't see this coming. Gala looked so poor against us.

I've not really been that impressed with Juve since they've been back in the CL.

Looked pretty good against you in both games but other than that they haven't been that good.

I know they thrashed Chelsea but Chelsea were crap last season. Hope Mourinho bottles it tonight and then gets smashed by Madrid in the second round, would be amazing.

I thought they had a chance.

Was also an Atlético backer though- but I think Real Madrid will win it this year.

Yeah I fancy Real to win it this year.

I think Atleti could potentially reach the semi final. Probably a step too far to go on and win the whole thing.

Inter can still get 3rd.

Yep I did say they'll be in the hunt for a CL if they can keep pace. Really they could have closed the gap, seem to be throwing away a lot of wins - only lost one game.

Serie A need them back in the CL really, they're still the highest ranking Italian team, although Milan could overtake them, but they won't be in it next year anyway.

January will be interesting. I wonder whether Thohir will look to spend some money to really give them that extra push towards CL football.

Do they even need him?

If that did happen I could see Inter moving for Banega (something they could do even if they don't sell him).

Fredy Guarin Top player and underrated I feel. I would like to see United sign someone like Rakitic/Banega though as they both seem just slightly better than Guarin.

LRF, I'd love United to sign both players.

If we sold Ashley Young and Anderson and replaced them with those two I'd be over the moon.

Diego Milito to West Ham?

Milito and Carroll up front.

Milito is actually a good striker for a season maybe. Experienced, big, muscular and is a proven finisher. At a very cheap price as well, it wouldn't be a bad deal really.

Young, Nani, Cleverly and Anderson all need to go then you need Lallana, Rakitic and Banega and potentially Baines (although Evra has done a fine job as Captain and LB) for LB. Squad sorted.

It would be a great signing to get Milito.
