Don't mind them, I think they've had a poor season unless they win tonight or do well in the Europa (Rafa could actually retain it as a manager). Albeit the Champions League group they got was dreadful in fairness.

I was just updating the table today and I remember Mex and I having a discussion a few months ago about Samp being in trouble unless things changed. They're now only 1pt behind Milan- shows how bad they've been!

I have been supporting Villarreal since April 2004- that was my first visit to El Madrigal. Rafa was Valencia manager and won the title that season- I did not hate him as I sort of reluctantly appreciated Valencia winning a title. He kind of irritates me, but I don't hate him, his facts rant was hilarious though.

Rafa is disliked in England because Liverpool are disliked in England, he's also got quite an annoying personality.

He's sort of in the Mourinho bracket for me: his personality can annoy me, but sometimes you've got to hold your hands up and say the guy has done good things as a manager.
