I think Vida is a good transfer for Inter, to be fair. He's still a class cb when the pace is slower and the defence is sat deeper - this is just something that was hindering us in the premier league, I don't think it will for Inter.

I agree, though I wonder whether the EL final being played in Turin had any bearing on their CL exit. I doubt it, but at the same time it seems too much of a coincidence.

And they lost to the even bigger European bottlers.
