Our dithering and poor judgment is costing us big time. Soldado is a good player, but if we were not messing around on Higuain we could have had him for less than Soldado (and he is better than Soldado) and got it done before Napoli sold Cavani. Spurs on the other hand have paid the asking price and got the deal done.

With the acquisitions that spurs have made, the pressure is now on us. AW and Gazidis have to deliver top quality and quick. I am sure this weekend some fans will make obvious their disappointment about the lack of signings, but if none are made before the Villa game I can see carnage. There are no excuses.

soldado is very expensive, it means nothing because giroud is half the cost and a better striker. if arsenal buy suarez and more players they wont worry about tottenham
