He will never improve so what is the point. Like, he is 20, coming towards the end of his career and will never learn English in time to communicate with his back four. to be honest, i think its 20m down the drain. i just cant see de gea coming back from this. he must be mentally shot after the two clangers he dropped yesterday. the only way forward now is to sell him back to atletico for 2-3m and make a 20m bid for ben foster.

He'll be a good keeper. Personally think he could have done better for the goals, but it's unbelievably stupid to judge him on one appearance. Most of the Chelsea fans think the OP is a numpty anyway.

Not every young goalie is like Cech who can burst onto the scene, De Gea will come good in around 1 1/2 years.
