Its green belt and in Milngavie has no chance of change of use being granted.
As back up those who know the area will confirm that the land across the road has had numerous planning applications and in 30 years none have ever been granted as its the same bit of green belt.
-------
I think development can and will take place in this area but not the Murray Park site. There is zero chance of a re classification of that site.
In Oct last year did we even own the Albion?
If we didnt own it and were leasing it back then this chap saw in the future.
We were leasing it
We buy it
we then sell it
We then lease it...
I think CQN should setup a telly channel. I'd watch it all day. It would be the new home of witty banter
Fvckin sad losers who put it together and even worse pathetic imbeciles who actually read it. They should at least do a one-off live phone-in. That would be excellent
So what does this mean? The cash will be welcome and will enable to club to survive until into next season. If they spend the money on lottery tickets, there’s a chance they will get lucky and survive well into the season after next.
Suggestions that some people are preparing to squeeze the last penny out of a busted brand are contemptuous.
Imagine a night down the boozer with one of the guys who write this sh it??
That would be a hoot

as I said after 25 years of trying a change of use was granted for the land just south of Murray park but even in the 3 years since being granted nothing has happened. This was brown belt.
The land just north is green belt as is Murray park and 30 years of trying has meant they have all but given up.

In the past id agree with you, but now I wouldn't be so sure. With the economy in the state it's in there is a lot of pressure on planners to relax these rules. That said I still don't think Murray Park will be re-designated. The only way it would be sold is to another sports club....maybe Partick Thistle will splash out some of their SPFL millions and buy it
Maybe a tim blogger will buy it just to get it right up us for fooking up his ice cream and jelly fest
It still amazes me how utterly obsessed and bitter the Tims are. When they were in a mess, we laughed at them. But theyve really taken it to another level...the sheer volume of drivel, speculation and schiedt written about us is incredible. Just think what they could do if they actually put all that energy into something worthwhile?
Fckin idiots
I seem to remember CQN being first with the news that Craig Whyte had no money and that his purchase of Rangers could only mean bad news for the club. This was within 5 hours of the deal being struck.
CQN were also first to report that Rangers were not paying NI and Tax under Craig Whyte. Few people believed it.
The Green Brigade might by it and use it as their base. Hours of fun in there just pishing on anything Rangers related and making loads of banners full of horrible spelling mistakes.
Just to get it up us...

Doesn't make everything they spew out gospel
This guy has been working on this since October and that's the best he can do.
Isn't this the same site that claimed they had documents to prove that green had leased the Albion car park.
What he didn't know was that Murray had leased it years ago and green was arranging to buy it back.
The documents? Oh they made them themselves using documents templates they downloaded of the net.
Sad and pathetic doesn't even sum these guys up. Why do celtic fans even read these sites.
What would your response have been at that time. I can remember Paul Brennan ripping Craig Whyte's credibility to shreds. He said that the only way Whyte could afford to take on Rangers was if there was some skullduggery going on. I posted it on 606 and was met with derision.
"CQN were also first to report that Rangers were not paying NI and Tax under Craig Whyte. Few people believed it."
Remember Rangers Tax case blog
Plenty people believed it
Won awards and all sorts
Was a load of bollox and shut down within, not hours, but MINUTES of the tax case decision going public.
but aye, CQN was right once or twice before
Pretty sure the utter rag that is the Daily record has been right on occassions, is it gospel??
Aaah B'Jayzus the little leprechauns are tinkerin with the Rangers again!

Warned Gers fans Whyte could not be trusted, met with the usual response.
One of the first things the spivs did was to seperate the properties from the club.

Got something right...WOW!!!
Can you enlighten me on what it got wrong??
Probably not, seen as it dropped off the face of the earth in fear of a lawsuit against it
