Come on Forest fans, be honest for once

Your argument is an irresistible one, Ilk. I have no doubt that Forest fans will agree with everything you say.

I have had a pint or two, i guess they will all agree of course lol

Its meant as a bit of banter, thats all

Ilko...I fully agree with all you have put but I also feel they are blinded and will resort to type over this thread. They have nowhere to go after Billy so just bide yer time pal. Sept 28th isn't far away..They may have nowhere to go after that date nevermind Billy.

Bring it on, my dream is that Billy is sacked after losing to us, be it home or away

Ilko, I think you have contradicted yourself a bit, he took a very average Derby team to promotion (didn't you finish one point above the bottom three the season before). He kept us from relegation and took us to third the next season, then sixth. We then sacked him and were very nearly relegated.
I think some Derby fans should be truthful: When Billy was sacked had you been given the choice and been told following his sacking you would gain just five more points and be relegated on eleven points (with a 4-1 home FA cup defeat thrown in), go thirty odd games and ten months without a league win and then settle for four seasons of mid-table Championship football. Would you have preferred to keep Billy?

You don't mention last season, from being a point off automatic, to 8th, whats your view?

Keeping Billy wasn't an option, KJ - as happened later with Forest, he engineered his dismissal because it suited him at the time. He knew Derby were going to get relegated and wanted to disassociate himself from it as best he could. Billy's loyalty is always to Billy. But it is hard to see that he could have done worse than Jewell. My honest opinion if he had stayed? We would have gone down with about 18 points, he would have spent a fair bit of money the following season without quite getting us up a second time, he would certainly have left when the money dried up and we would have ended up in about the same situation we are in now.

"Leaving us with players on stupid wages, and not forgetting Claude Davies, who billy signed, and who is without doubt the worst signing for DCFC ever, and Billy paid £3m"

Billy also gave him a 4 year contract on £20,000 a week.

Fact is Billy hates Derby and wanted to give his nephew a nice fat contract at Derby's expense.

The clue is in the surname suckers

Agreed Ilko but when he took over we were nine points off. He inherited a decent squad but after our good run I think teams learned how to nulify us and our lack of pace.
This season could be make or break and I think playoffs will be the minimum expectation. Although we've spent a few quid automatics will be very difficult - Wigan and Reading have come down and have very good squads, QPR are still throwing money around and Watford (despite the transfer embargo) have brought in about a dozen players.
I'll make a bargain with you, we give you six points as long as we go up.

Are we allowed to go up as well with that deal KJ, sounds good to me?

You lot just cannot stand it can you?

You just cannot stand the fact that yet again another one of your successful managers (as it terms of relativity he got you to the PL so he was very successful) has come to Forest and prefers this club a lot more and your constantly saying like a bunch of old cackling women that he has failed yet never once question the fact that your manger has moved your team the grand total of 6 places in the last 5 years, yet that of course doesn't mean failure. But then our manager who took us from relegation to 3rd place and then went from 13th in February with the team sliding down the league to a team who missed out on the playoffs on the final day of the season has failed.

You really are an embarrassing lot who are more concerned about Forest then even your own team and your absolutely panicking to the fact that our club is finally back on its feet and you know we could really have a chance at promotion this year. This included with a manager who was once your manager and now knows that once again that the red side of the A5-2 is the best place to be!

Don't know why you keep on about Billy Davies Ilk. He has a good track record as a manager especially at organising defence. Very good at the 1 0 win. Not the most endearing character but as Machiavelli said it is better to be feared than loved. The doggy fans love him at the moment but then they also love robbing off licenses and mugging OAPs.

Meant to say as well that your "nige" said a couple of seasons ago that he is a Forest fan as well and always has been

Awwwwwwwww no one likes Derby

But can you blame them when a team like Nottingham Forest is just down the road from them?

Everyone is a Forest Fan

Come on Ilko, be honest for once....

Do you remember the on-line tiff between your fellow sheep 666 and Colbi? When mardy-bum 666 boycotted JA606 and vowed only to return when Colbi was banned?

Were you one of 666's sycophantic followers, (Backo, Igor, Vidal, etc.), who poured on enough sympathy for 666 to finally emerge from his strop?

Or were you too busy trying to beat the rush for a ticket for the away game at 'Boro?

...but obviously you would be too classy to even bring that up wouldn't you Rev

I actually quite like Ilk's regular Billy bashing article and subsequent Forest responses.

In terms of happy flaps I'm interested to see how he does this year especially with pressure and financial support. Two of his standard motivating mantra's: "we're the underdogs" and "I'm getting no support from the chairman" have been taken from him and he's made a good start instead of average till early October then brilliance till mid-January followed by a tired descent into jaded mediocrity.

Seems like Billy has finally got what he wanted, maybe Derby fans are wrong and t##t 's do change their spots. The world waits with bated breath - what will Billy do next?

Ir Rev, a Forest fan accusing me of lacking class. Tell me which club employed serial criminal Marlon King? Which clubs fans idolised woman beater Stan Collymore? which club signed a player who broke someones jaw because they had the temerity to prevent them beating up a woman. Really classy club Forest.
