i know we wont, but it still needs to happen IMO, young especially, robbing the club blind the boy is, must be laughing his way to the bank everyday
yea, i'm sure Young is really happy picking up injury after injury
The lad would probably take a 90% paycut if it meant he could stay injury free... Same with all players who get persistent injuries.
1982, yeah I agree. But I think the club will think differently and play Rooney behind RVP.
If that's the case then so be it. Hopefully getting Baines would at least allow us to get more from Kagawa and give us a better balance in the side.
If we saw this team for the majority of games next season I'd be thrilled:
De Ge
Rafael Evans Vidic Baines
Carrick Fellaini
Nani Rooney Kagawa
RVP
With a bench of:
Lindegaard
Rio
Evra
Valencia
Hernandez
Welbeck
Cleverley
And Smalling, Zaha, Januzaj, Young, Jones and Giggs all waiting in the wings.
That's a really strong team and squad. Enough to win the title? I don't see why not.

not his injuries that bother me, its the fact that he;s not good enough for United
It's a start.
I still think Rooney needs to sort out one way or another what he wants to do or at least accept his position and do his best. The guy has talent, I know that but his attitude last season sucked and his body language on Saturday was of a man who simply didn't want to be there. That isn't acceptable, in any work place someone who doesn't want to be there will only have a negative effect.
Maybe it will take the end of the transfer window for him to realise for now he has no other choice and it is in his best interest to start performing and enjoy his football. The guy's 27 FFS, we can't keep treating him like a baby, he needs to grow up, accept his position and do his job.
1982, yeah I agree.
My stance is win win really. If he stays and plays well great, and he'll score goals and that can help is win the title.
He leaves, well then we can adapt our style of play and becoming more progressive in possession of the ball and from a long term point of view I think we'll be better for it.
The whole thing has become rather tedious.

yea, of course not. go and watch any game he has played in where he has had a run of 2-3 games... He is our most productive winger bar Nani. Go rewatch the game at the Etihad. Not UTD quality?

sheep well worth 20m and 6.2m a year in wages, who's views am i following that makes me a sheeps JSPC? look through my history, never rated young and never will
When Young plays well he's pretty good. Problem is that it's a rarity. For that reason I'd rather sell him than keep him in the squad when we've more talented younger players like Zaha and Januzaj waiting to get their chance.
Januzaj is better than Young now
and he's better than Zaha atm aswell, get him in the team
Andreas Perreira will be another Belgian superstar along with Januzaj. But until they are ready to perform week in week out for United I propose we play Giggs in midfield.
You know what, I'm sold on the idea of Baines on the left providing the width with Kagawa able to drift infield and (maybe) Rooney behind RVP. Sounds good. I still like Evra though.
He's definitely got the ability. It's still too early to judge as Sevilla is the only team of note that he's actually played against. But he was bloody good in that game.
throw him in i say, not sure Moyes has the balls to do it, we could see a 1995 situation with him and a couple of others if we have the guts to do it
This is the thing. Everton fans have told me that Moyes was actually quite reluctant to play the youngsters. Hopefully this doesn't happen with us.

It's true,Moyes is too scared to risk using youngsters.Coleman is the only player who has really been given a chance.
