You do need a new midfield though.
I was pleased to see Nani and Hernandez on for the last 15 mins but not at the expense of Young who was our rare threat going forward but Giggs who was shocking throughout!

Huh? Valencia was more of a threat, evra too. Both from the full back position. He did anything worth defending today. Even giggs had his bright spots. He was rightfully subbed off, and should be a back up player on this team.
Carrick and cleverly created fak all. Felt sorry for your forwards.
