You don't have to but at least you can protest. Not so at Goodison where Kenwright has the banners removed.

You don't half talk rubbish Crisp. It would be all over the websites of the 'four' if banners were taken down.

Good on you Louis, lets just get behind the team for christ's sake.

Crispy do you ever say anything good about Everton? Are you sure you actually support them or are you like these idiots who are protesting at the moment, they do it because they have nothing better to do.

I support Everton and not Bill Kenwright,Robert Earl,Jon Woods or Mr Whippy I haven't a clue who BCR Sports are who own 23% of Everton but don't support them either.Hope this helps.

Yeah, he thinks Howard is a good goalie

Not even one picture on the blue unions site showing a banner being taken from fans at the turnstiles?

How can that be mosses, more inept protesting from the protestors. Sky would have loved that story.

I could go into the archives at Companies House and find records of Woolworths still being an operating company.

What is your point?

Are you talking about this

You only have to look at the dividends line and the directors remuneration to see what they take out.

In terms of ownership:

BK - 36%
JW - 27%
RE - 34%
PC - 3%

Do you know what year it is Crispy? I thought that maybe you were stuck in a timewarp bu now we have the proof!!!

According to companies house 2011 and the 2010 accounts the shareholders are:

Blue Bill
Woods
Earl
Carter.

No one else, no BCR. Do you now accept that you are, in 100% fact, wrong? I'd be most grateful and most surprised if you did accept this and acknowledge your error. Go on, show me you are a better man than I give you credit for...

Next he'll argue that Companies House is owned by BK.

Flipping heck man, why do they need to make a statement when the truth is there for all to see?!?! Jesus, it's 2006 man. We are now 2011. That statement was probably right in 2006. It's 2011. 2011.

Can you not just admit that you are wrong. BCR do not or no longer own any shares in EFC!?!?! It would be fraud if they have not included the correct details of shareholders at companies house. Given they are audited and certainly 2009 and 2010 accounts both hold the same shareholder information that for such a public company those details would have caused a furore?

posted on 10/8/11

There really is no mystery surrounding BCR. It's owned by Earl. It's the investment wing of his businesses. Nothing weird, nothing odd, nothing illegal.

Kenwright 25.84%
Woods 18.92%
Earl 23.27%
Other Shareholders 31.97%

The 'Other Shareholders' are the thousands of other people who are lucky anough to have shares in Everton, but who do not individually own a significant enough share to warrant a significant interest.

There is nothing underhand, but I'm sure it won't stop some people drumming up another consiracy theory that these 'Other Shareholders' are actually BK.
