One of the greatest cities in the world, Lady.
Take enough money to eat out all the time though, because you almost certainly will end up doing so.
So many cool bars, but my favourite is probably Johnny's Bar. It's about the size of a cupboard, but it's got the best Juke Box in town.
It'll be cold in February, but if you're sticking to Manhatten, try to walk round as much as possible, (it's so easy to find your way round). Just don't spend too much time looking up at all the skyscrapers, as it'll mark you out as a tourist and could lead to you getting shot several times in the head.
Those crazy Yanks.

Hard not to look up in New York.
It's a city evolved to take money out your wallet.
Me an mrs Loz adopted New York accents when approached by people selling things an they back right off.
Although they may have thought we were mental cases and were afraid of us
Toronto is a great city. It's like America but without the Americans.

Think you're thinking of Milton Keynes.
its the taxi drivers that take you for a ride, moneywise. as soon as they realise you're a tourist you're feked
True that, know the address of exactly where you want to go and give it "7th an broadway" no bar or hotel names, they will have you over.
Easy in New York to get around though.
get pizza, mexican food and steak. and oysters.
No chance can you afford it pete
Do the police in New York eat pastrami on rye then throw it out of the window when they see a criminal?

My flatmates live there so rent was free for me so not at all. 550 return flights from Glasgow. Spent about 300-400 pounds there.
I think hotel prices over there are a nightmare though, so unless you can stay with someone it will be quite expensive.
Food and transport are especially cheap. Alcohol roughly the same price as it is here.
