Sick for a night out

We were in a taxi driving up to the Guggenheim museum - and he bloody well crashed!

Fantastic city, been there twice.

There's a little bar just South of Central Park in Seventh Avenue that sells Stella.

Peterbaey.........................Hong Kong is good fun & you can eat relatively cheaply. Hotels can be pricey, but travel is reasonable & the MTR is way better than the London underground!

If you do go, then lots of things to do. Everyb=night there is a laser light display in the harbour & business district. The escalator up through Central & Mid Level is well worth doing as is the Peak Tram up to the highest point in the former colony.

Also a visit to Lantau Island to see the 3rd biggest Buddha in the World is worth it. And once you have seen it then take the cable car out to the airport.......................over 7.5 kilometres long & spectacular.

Oooops, nealy forgot. If you like horse racing, and even if you don't Happy Valley is a brilliant place to go.
The Chinese are gambling mad & it is a really great atmosphere there!

Personally, I wouldnt recommend the Peak Tram. There is always a massive queue and it is quite costly, whereas you could take a walk around high-west or go up the shopping mall the 'galleria'.

Lantau is sick though, Tai-o (sp) is a relatively cool fishing village to go to. You can also go to the highest bar in the world in the ICC Ozone, on Kowloon.

But GG has got it pretty much on the head, great place. Been there three years in a row now
