Unbelievable stuff. I had Beltran winning by 5 rounds. Disgraceful.
I had Beltan winning by 3 points and I was being generous to Burns. I know what you mean D4 I had the same anger when Marquez got robbed 3 times against Manny.
Beltran, just saying the result is down to politics, promoters want to protect their investment.
And what happened in the mackelin - sturm fight? Home fighters always get the advantage. While not the right decision it happens everywhere. So the question is why would any fighter want to fight outside their own country
The yanks have robbed the Brits for years.
The whole of boxing is corrupt.
UK, has become one of the worst places for it.
Sturm vs Macklin was at least a close fight

The commentators, the pundits are jokes themselves as well.
Burns gets points for taking punches and not giving up
Beltran only had himself to blame!!!!!!
I heard it all now
Sturm macklin close fight? Are you joking? Macklin won by about 5 rounds but instead of getting a draw he lost
This is why someone like Khan has to fight in the US. No big name wants to enter UK due to the home decision bias.
No, Khan fights in the USA because of the money, he is popular there and he is not like in the UK
He is a big name there but he has tried to get welters over to UK and struggled to get a big name.
He got a deal with HBO and GBP.
He wanted to fight Alexander in Dubai, the only fighter he failed with because of location
Give a rest d4, khan sells out arenas in the Uk weather it's fans wanting to see him get ktfo or see him win he's a big draw over here
Most want to see him get KTFO, that why he prefers to fight in the US, plus he get more money over there.
Of course he does but why say he's not a draw over here when he clearly is
UK is as bad as anyone for dodgy decisions. Beltran was completely robbed. Disgusting decision.

Kahn got robbed against Peterson if u remember. Boxing is rotten 2 the core im afraid, the best avoid the best, judges lean and fighters take falls. Money talks.
This was a draw?? I turned it off after the bell as I was pretty certain Burns had lost.
Poor, poor decision. Beltran schooled him
Don't see how you can blame UK for a home decision with this fight. The only Brotish judge scored it a draw. The other judge who must've been watching a different fight was a yank, so that totally blows your argument out of the water.
I had Beltran winning by two rounds, three points with the knockdown so he should be champion this morning.
I'm not making excuses for what has been a shocking decision but they do say that as a challenger you have to do that little bit extra to win the belt in boxing and there were a few close rounds (despite Beltran appearing to have the edge) which could have been scored toward the champion.
But as I said, Beltran won that fight. He was superior in every aspect of that fight; on the outside, inside, defence. He slipped most of Burns work and made him miss. He nailed him with hooks all night long, the left most notably. He even started out jabbing him toward the end. And most notably he was the far more aggressive of the two and had Burns down.
It was an awful decision, it does the sport of boxing no favours whatsoever. There was too much money riding on it; clearly political.
It wasn't that awful a decision, if you watched boxing every week this happens all the time and a lot worse in most cases. Wrong decision but I has beltran by 2, as the home fighter burns will get awarded the close rounds and slight home advantage. Wrong but the people saying this is the worst decision ever don't know much about boxing. A lot of beltrans body punches won't of even been counted
I can't see how his jaw was broken in the 2nd though, looks like it could of happened in the 4th
