In two minds about the team. Didn't want to see Verts and Paulinho, but with their reserves in Kaboul and Capoue out I guess it's better than playing kids.
Kaboul is a write off imo. Unless he makes some games before xmas, I'd sell in Jan and get another cb in Such a shame as he's a top player went fit.

i assume kane is playing in his proper position.
as the left forward of the 3... same place he played on sunday when he came on
What are our youth GKs like? surely not all useless
Can't wait to see Chiriches and Vertonghen in the middle tonight, got a feeling this will be the future for Spurs.

LB and sub GK and someone better than Kane. Hernandez will do.
Not too much to ask.
Miles is great. Archer is meh. ------------------O
Good strong side, AVB is a cut above Redknapp, who disrespected the cups big time at Spurs. Nice fella Harry, but he used to practically throw cup ties.

Bit more confidence for Erik tonight, he looks as though he could do with some.
good to see chadli back involved.
where the fack is kaboul?
him and lennon are fast becoming a waste of time, unfortunately.
Lamelas had enough warming up now.
Time to start showing us the awesome!!!!
Agreed sandy. It's not like Avb is playing a complete full team. He is playing a mixture of 1st teamers and sub players. Our squad is so bloody good now that any team we put out looks incredibly strong. So glad Avb is our manager and not Harry.
No U21 fixtures this week. AVB has not been smart at all.
The best I hope for (apart from a win and a shut-out) is that Chadli is ready for at least a 30 min runout.
Let's hope Lamela shows Avb his true class tonight so he can out himself in the hunt for a start sat v Chelsea
Don
Still respect Harry...AVB any day of the week.
Sure we are going to line up in a 4231.
Sandro and Paulinho infront of the back four.
Lamela wide right Kane wide left, with Holtby in the number 10 role behind Defoe
Yeh glad Chadli is back. Really like this guy and once he settles I think he will be class.

Curious.
Kane, I don't rate him at all but really hope the kid does well tonight. He's a spurs player and he gets my full support. Still don't think he's going to cut it at spurs but you never know.

Don`t let Chicken hear you say that. The thing about today`s team is that it just shows how strong our squad is, as you say Don a good mixture of squad and first teamers. I would like to win this trophy, even if Chronic does not.
I wouldnt write Kane off just yet , Don
lets see how he gets on. i thought he did well v cardiff.
maybe he will be spurred on after having seen townsend break through.
