Obvious the sacking the manager has reinvigorated the players
------
Interesting.
I'm always going to support ManUtd, I knew we'd come back after HT, I actually put a couple of bets on it (thankfully)
The board was full of plastics at HT tbh, Lots of stuff about Moyes, mid table, blah blah, but people need to look at the bigger picture and give it some time.
Moyes has alot of people watching him and is under huge pressure, he just put a fair amount of youngsters out TOGETHER at a critical time, I have alot of respect for that cause it could have easily went the wrong way.
I'm not saying he has done everything right, I wasnt a fan of the subs, but valencia gave a decent pass to RVP who should have finished the game, Welbeck was holding the ball pretty well during the end so they served their purpose.
I think we need to let him do his thing, Fergie used to make some dodgy subs\team selections at times but has won so much, if you look closely Moyes is changing the weak link each match and rewarding the performers regardless of age.
We have nothing to worry about 7 games in, we have 4 home games upcoming (inc champs league) and an away fixture at fulham, this is the perfect time for players to prove their worth and Moyes to get it right.
Flash, you cannot knock people for being concerned about their club.
I agree that some view points could be better articulated but people have a right to speak their minds considering the crap we've been playing
we won thats all that mattered today not too mention januzai looks like he could be the real deal. Shut the fack up moaning and give moyes a bit of credit...

we only really had 1 youngster,
rafa and jones are pretty experienced besides being young

Surely Fergie(the guy who has given a couple of ECL trophies) opinion and request is not to thrown back in his face by fans?
What are you talking about?
Not being funny but what relevance does that hold, no utd fans were gonna judge moyes on some speach fergie gave, but on performance and results. That's the business. Yes we appreciate what fergie did, but his opinion now is not the be all and end all.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
If you were in a room with Fergie, talking shop over a glass of wine, would you honestly have the gaul to say that to him.: "Sorry Fergie, but moyes needs to go"

most arent concerned, we could win the champions league and lose to crystal place the weekend after and these same muppets would complain
You guys can argue later on but admin1 please give me back my right to create articles. PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
No. I would ask why he picked him and say I think he was the wrong choice.
Except the guy that has lived and breated your club for 20+ years requested you get behing the manger. Surely that is the least a fan can do is respect him and not get all frenzied and baying after 10 games.
**************************
You clearly live in a world were all fans are reasonable. Many are worried by the trends moyes has displayed. The result is inconsequential. The common sense fans have always complained about this.
There are fans who did not like moyes in the first place and are rightly celebrating how right they were. This happens. This is wrong
There are those who want to ignore his flaws, like Ignoring it makes it better through positive thoughts. I am sorry this is good at OT, but on a message board, delusional.
You discuss the effing football. I am sure you have that somewhere in your opening page admin.

Irrespective of what SAF if we play very poorly and lose a lot if games, together with poor signings (Fellaini), that's what Moyes will be judged on.

Maybe youngsters is the wrong word. What I am saying is he could have easily played it safe
i.e Valenica instead of Nani or Januzaj (as he does track back more)
Jones/Felliani instead of Cleverly
Or continued to play Rio/Vidic instead of Phil Jones
He put an attacking line up out there away from home, just saying give him some credit, he also motivated our team at HT, Pretty sure Sunderland didnt have a shot for almost 35 minutes into the second half.

I bet you if we had a perfect 3-0 completely dominant performance, they would be no criticism.

That could be the undoing of the club. If you are a Newcastle fan, you can look in the mirror and say Team W,X,Y,Z are all better teams. How many Utd for the first time can look at the side and list teams that you feel are superior? It has pretty much never been the case the past 15 years.

just say moyes misses out on the top 4, would you sack him?
i would because you dont just go from 1st to 5th in one season, thats effing dreadful
French you have to take other people's views even if they are fuming! It's a fans forum and falling everyone really makes you look like a child. I was fuming at half time I mean fuming but not at the result but the lack if heart by the players. I like moyes want him to do really well but the players were a disgrace in the 1st half and fans at half time were simply showing their frustration. But those same players except dud realise what the red shirt means and dig in deep and got a win someone, that's the pleasing thing the character if the players was light years between halves. But people calling other fans plastics because they are very worried about united and have views comes across very childish

He would have been out of a job if after winning the league, we began to look as bad as we have this season under his management.
Fergie took over a confused team with terrible football ethics ingrained in the team. This team at least a winning mentality and experience and players. This is not the same situation. We are not rebuilding, we are not woeful.
It was always going to be a tricky first half today, Sunderland were always going to tire though and they really are lacking in quality. At half time, I knew you would at least get a draw out of it.
In terms of Moyes, I think he would get sacked if it looked like you would finish outside of the top four but that isn't going to happen. It's only the seventh game for gods sake.
