Agreed, but you will probably get a load of abuse for this view.
My view is that he is a good striker but I want a better one at Arsenal.
Giroud is better than suarez, truly world class - he makes arsenal tick
Typical No9s don't score individual goals.
I like Giroud but, he is very limited tbh, he has improved and he adds something to our game, but, again something is missing somewhere, he should have used his left leg instead of his weak right to score that golden opportunity against Baggies, just slide it underneath the keeper, disguised side foot, the kind of goals that separate average, good to immortal. And returning to Benzema comment, he is very good with backs to goal and has plenty of tricks, but, he is also very limited and poor header, and lacks concentration, speed, French have never replaced Thiery Henry.
Benzema actually has a lot of ability. Unsurprisingly, Idiots mistake his laziness for lack of talent.
Dubbed, Benzema is clearly talented. But after spending so much time as a professional, laziness can no longer be ignored. Ade was very talented as well, but look how his laziness has led to the ultimate punishment for him (playing for the potatoes)
Adebayor was not very talented I'm sorry. The guy had pathetic technique.
He just took advantage of his athleticism, power and pace.
But yes, you're right. I agree with you. I'm just pointing out things fans get wrong.
They're laughing at Benzema like he's a poor player. Like he's some scrub. Far from it.
The guy's just unprofessional and lazy.
Benzema is not good at anything!
Benzema is dog shít right now. I don't care if he's talented fact is right now he's one of the worst strikers in Europe and has been for some time.
Dubbed loves to bring in technical ability but I rather have Andy Carroll than Benzema at this moment.
'Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard'
As for OP, Giroud is the exact striker our system needs. Only his finishing lets him down. The system requires the ability to hold the ball up lay it off etc.
Benzema is garbage now. Agreed. But Carroll over him? You're having a laugh.
Giroud has a decent left foot, he should shoot more from distance. He's a good centre forward but our style doesn't suit his strenghts. We need someone like Rooney or Suarez who can play with him and replace him as well.
Giroud's got power in his shots. Not sure the accuracy is there though.
Henry 10 years ago would've been the perfect striker for this time. Closest thing to Henry is Balotelli IMO. He's calmed down in Italy and I think Wenger should try and bring him here.
Giroud is not Arsenal quality. If we sold him do you think the main teams in the EPL would go for him? In short he is chit. A small step above Chamakh.
Good looking bloke though

I totally agree. Balotelli would be a brilliant signing for Arsenal right now despite his bad-boy character. And I'm sure Wenger can manage him.

Balotelli is WC no doubt, but, his attitude and ego are legendary I doubt Wenger is crazy enough to overlook that side of his makeup, he is very talented no doubt and Wenger could turn him into Super Star, however, he comes with baggage and it ain't easy to just change character and he is very attached to Milan lifestyle, culture.
Giroud is a typical #9. Your definition of what a #9 should be are far from a typical #9.
^^ Exactly. Giroud is absolutely a typical number 9!
