Mirpur I am not championing Malik at all. Think he has had too many chances and lets us down at the big stage but it just shows what a poor state we are in that we have to rely on has been's to try and improve our batting.

AB has been class. Took his time but has put every bowler to the sword today. Amazing player and is undoubtley the best batsman across all 3 formats.

i think many expected umar akmal to develop in the same way as kohli but the reality is they are oceans apart. but the team selection of leaving him out and batting him way down the order also doesn't help him develop.

Misbah has played another blinder today. Totally clueless skipper. Time for him to step down.

by the time Kohli reaches ABDV's age , he would most probably have double career runs as AB now has. Age is advantage for kohli.
Masterclass from AB, again.

Neon we only have a plan A which is to win the toss. If we don't win toss and bat there is a 99% chance of us losing.

even bangladesh batting is so fun to watch even though ineffective.
But pakistan batting has neither style nor substance, one of the most boring line up, full of old and overaged so-called young batsmen.

Even the Afgans have more style than our batsman.

i agree, afghan have dashing ,fearless batsmen, lot like bangladeshi but physically much better.
Problem with pakistan is not even any hyped-batsman or batsman worth hyping, every nation has that, even england has nowadays like root, ballance ,etc.
gradually , pakistan is becoming more and more unglamorous ,boring, unfashionable team.

Umar Amin was meant to be one of the most promising batsman coming from Pakistan

he was shiiite even when he came over to england a few years back.

the most irritating facet about so-called young pakistani cricketers are besides the fact that they are most probably not that young as their profile says. When watching guys like shehzad, jamshed, ameer, etc one wonders whats the gestation period of these pak cricketers? 5 years? Same condition with bangladeshis and few other south asian team.

Classic example of Pak talent. He made the same mistakes now which he made in 2010. Awful player.

At this rate Younis Khan will be getting a recall.
