Ive seen 2 different interviews from Krankie after their match yesterday and each one he starts off with that staged laugh......all hes doing is trying to cover up the wasted millions hes spent
David Wheater his form has almost been as bad as Henderson's.
Has McClaren watched a game from the stands yet with his little note pad out?
The fun and games start when he tries to implement his ideas
Seems to work when he has a team capable of putting it into action...
If we keep getting 3pts like yesterday he can sit on the floodlights for all I car.
Does billy still chew wasps?
Loyalty to Clough didn't last long. After the way your club humiliated and held back the career of your clubs biggests legends son. Without even paying him up, you'd think the fans would be up in arms. Demanding respect be shown to the Clough family.
But no, win a couple and it's Clough who? It had to be Derby
Sutton
That's the funniest thing I've read in ages

Well, you need the players to be receptive to ideas - and it's a given that they therefore need to be reasonably intelligent.
That probably explains why he was unable to get through the skulls of your lot. There's a reason why a dense patch of wood is called a thicket, Omar.

Yeah because giving someone a nickname is the same as humiliation, having your career held back and not being payed hundreds of thousands of pounds.

These are NOT smarties, do not put them in your mouth
They really are smarting aren't they
I missed these slightly less fortunate folk.
Sutton, when was the last time a manager was sacked and a compensation wrangle followed????? I can't think of one recently! Keep clutching at them straws youth!
Nigel wanted to take the Sheffield United job, they wanted him. But he couldn't take it because you hadn't paid him what you owed him. No clutching at staws here.
Just one man being treated awfully and a set of fans who should realise that and show respect and support. But because you've won a few you couldn't give a toss.
It had to be Derby
If he wanted the Sheff Utd job so badly he would have taken it. Obviously there is a clause that states if he takes a job within a period of time he forfeits compo. He wants his money, it will be dealt with the way most compensation deals are, either he accepts an offer or he goes to a tribunal, hence you clutching at straws.
Don't go trying to defend him having spent the last 5 years slating him.
The board made a ballsy call that I didn't think they had the bottle to make, time will tell whether it's a good call or not.
Or you could just pay him the money you owe. God knows our owners made mistakes last season but they always paid the managers up.
I criticised him. Had a bit of banter, non league nigel or whetever. But he was manager your club, my clubs biggest rivels. Thats par for the course. If he'd been manager of my club and I'd been giving it, the Clough name means more to my club and he chose us over you, you don't know what it means to have Clough back in managers job and all the rest of it.
I'd have exprcted by club to at least show him some respect and I'd expect the fans to speak up if they didn't. Not just forget about all he and his family had done because we happened to win a couple.
What planet are you on, he has only been out of a job less than a month, how many clubs/companies/establishments pay compensation that quickly? Show me evidence other than your say so.
The timing of the dismissal was poor, looked like he was sacked because of the loss. Truth is the club was stagnating, the board had set the bar that they wanted top 6 and Clough couldn't address the problems at the back and refused to work with a technical director. Unfortunately for him something had to give and it was his job. He worked wonders under the constraints but also made some poor signings and was tactically inept. I didn't see you crying over SOD when he was sacked after winning a game 4-2.
Because SO'D is the same aftet a few months as Brian Clough son is after years. Its not the same thing and SOD was paid up. He walked straight in to another job.
Good attempt at a wind up Sutton but you've failed because no one is slagging off Nigel that didn't do before. There are no new anti-Nigel subscribers. In fact everyone praises him for what he did here, even Steve McClaren. We cannot have Nigel back because we don't own the club and our Board don't make their decisions by Twitter.
Its very odd that you lot don't practice what you preach. If Forest had done this you'd be all over it. What a disgrace our club is and how we should be ashamed. Your club behaves in a awful, disrespectful way and its" we can't do owt"
You lot want it all your own way. Quick to judge and slag others off but when it's your club you aren't bothered.
The fact is your club have treated a man very badly and he and his family deserve better. Not only do you not
care, you defend it.
Sounds like your worried Mutton, afraid that Macca may just be a great success here and you are stuck with the poison dwarf the only way is up so stop trying to deflect your worry with this nonsense, strett tried and ended up with the article pulled, i suggest you go pull your wire.
We are on our second manager in 5 years sutton, hardly disgraceful behaviour. Clough was as much a part of the cost cutting as GSE, if he had a problem with it he would have walked long before. Like McClaren did when he saw through the lies at Forest.
Why would I be worried? I've said on here before I think McLaren might do alright. I thought he could have done ok at ours, although his signings were awful.
I'm worried about my club not yours. We've beaten you this season and am sure we can do again. In an ideal world I hope we both go up. No point having rivals if you don't get your big derby every season.
I am bothered about the double standards of your fans on here. And much more importantly the treatment of our 2nd highest goal scorer ever and son of a true legend and a true footballing great.
So it's alright to treat people who deserve much better awfully if you only fo it once every 5 years. I've heard it all now.
