Lee Evans to make way as Kevin Doyle returns for Wolves

He'll be back in his usual position on Saturday, Jackett's no mug.

Fully understand Doyle coming back in but don't agree at all with it being a 4-4-2.
Football has evolved and many of the better clubs play a second striker deeper, Doyle is certainly smart enough to play that role so i would like to see that happen.
4-2-3-1 for me.

But 4-4-2 with those players has been working so well. I am not sure why its even a debate. We are heading for promotion and if its not broke why fix it?

I think people get a bit too obsessed with defining systems with numbers.

We’ll have four midfielders and two of them will be wider and, at times, more advanced than the other two, we’ll have two attacking players and one of those will be a bit more advanced than the other one, calling it 4-4-2 or 4-2-3-1 makes little difference, Henry and Sako will still be wider and still get forward more than McDonald & A.N.Other and Doyle will still try to link midfield with Griffiths and make runs to create space.

I can see a debate about who plays alongside Batth, who plays left back, who plays on the right of midfield and particularly who plays in central midfield.

But to me having Griffiths and Doyle up front and Sako on the left is a no brainer this season, and probably next if they are still here

It has worked results wise for sure, but performance wise we have been outfought in the middle quite often, it seems to be something that concerns KJ more than maybe it should, as he continues to try and crowd the midfield areas.

Wasn't it complicated by fools tats

I nearly forgot Cinci. Deja asked me to pass on his undying admiration and tell you how much he misses you.

I think that’s what he meant but there were a lot of asterisks and dollar signs so I may have misinterpreted his meaning

I still see him every day

Do you ever comment on MolMix or are you just a lurker?

If you do I haven’t worked out who you are yet and I’m usually pretty good at spotting posters I know that are using alternative names.

I am a lurker but have a very different user name, we shall see how long it takes you.

I have been on molmix for quite a while and my favourite part is the scores out of ten after a game. If we lose hardly anyone gets more than a 6 and if we win everyone gets 8 or more. Performance means nothing it seems and individual players turn from heroes to scapegoats overnight.

I know a couple of the people that are prominent on there and moaning is in their DNA

They seem to be a very similar mix to other forums I’ve been on but there’s some good off topic stuff and enough posters that you can ignore the fools and just chat to the sane ones.

There are a couple of loons who were so extreme in their support for Solbakken/ hatred of McCarthy that I couldn’t ignore them so I’ve laid the foundations of some good feuds to keep me occupied if I’m ever bored and Mazi was on there for a while using another name.

He decided to go into all out attack mode with me and was sending me PM’s and even started a thread in my honour. Banned again!

Doesn't seem to be anywhere near as ridiculous with its racial accusations either.

so what yr saying wolf-blood, is that yr a little ambiguous about mazi and you might be open to his return to the forum to generate some much needed debate on odds and computer programming?
