You calling Ibra a Kevin Nolan strike 2 Samir?
Yeah even though I don't agree with some of the stuff that Samir has said Ibra is more of a jogger whilst using strength as opposed to a dribbler, but in terms of effectiveness, it's helped far more than RVP. I suppose Ibra has completed more dribbles than RVP
''You calling Ibra a Kevin Nolan strike 2 Samir?''
Don't be ridiculous . Nolan doesn't dribble with the ball. It's more like a kick and chase.
Nolan's completed more dribbles than RVP.
All I'm saying I'm proud I rated Ibra nearly a decade before the performance vs England
You're an idiot if you didn't rate him before. Plain and simple.

Its true, consistently lacking in that respect. But because he has not played in the premiership people see that as a necessity (not you but 'people').
To them I ask what has Aguero, RVP, Rooney etc done in those stages? Not more than Zlat that's for sure

Rooney has scored in and won Champions League finals.

Can you elaborate on this please? When you say ''easily'' better, my interpretation of that is that you are saying he is ''by far'' better than both. I would still disagree. I would argue van Persie has an advantage in terms of his technical skill and quick feet, but Ibra is better in terms of physical strength and power. Ibra's good technically too, his first touch is second to none, but my view is van Persie's technical ability is superior to that of Ibra's. Van Persie's delivery from dead ball situations and passing is better, too. Rooney's got a better pass than Ibra and does more defensive work, but aside from that, I would say Ibra is superior to him in everything else. But not 'easily' ahead.
--------------------------------------------
I don't believe RVP is technically better. Zlatan can do anything RVP can but I've seen him do things I've not seen from RVP. But RVP has a better dead ball delivery. And neither Rooney nor RVP have better passing than Zlatan - no way. Zlatan's vision is fantastic.
I say he's easily ahead of both because on a season by season basis, players like Rooney, RVP, Falcao, Aguero, Torres etc may be as good but on a 10 year career stretch of consistency, he's easily the best striker around.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ibra is technically limited.

Technically limited to smashing the ball in the back of the net whenever he feels like it?
I struggle to believe that if one of the 3 - Ibra, Rooney and RVP were offered to any of our clubs as a dream signing choice, people would want anyone other than Ibra.
Ibrahimovic is possibly the most technically gifted player on the earth. I think him and RVP are technically the best strikers but Ibra has more to his game and has done it everywhere although if RVP had played everywhere he'd have done it too.
The amount of crazy goals Ibra scores shows how crazy his technical ability is. Every season he score about 5 at least.
Zlatan Dribbling is amazing. Havent any of u lot seen the goal he scored for Ajax when he was a teen?
I've never seen RVP do that. RVP has some great skill on the ball but ive never seen him beat 3-4 players while dribbling.

I honestly think if we re-winded back about 6 months, most of the people that are claiming Ibra's easily better than RvP would not be doing so.
RVP, Aguero, Suarez and these kind of players are miles ahead of him technically.

Ibra's an old fashion 70's type player in my eyes. Total powerhouse, awesome technically, scores amazing goals, proper striker. But he isn't interested in being an "athlete" which has held him back from being on of the best
