I think the biggest issue for Utd is that they don't have any midfield players looking to run beyond their forwards like Keane,Robson etc used to do which makes it much easier to defend against,simply too one dimensional in a modern game where all teams are now very well organised. Add in an ageing and slow defence it's a recipe for disaster with a defensively minded manager

£200m won't be enough for them in my opinion.

It's nice to see an English manager doing well in a cup competition.

Martinez is having a right stinker today. Porto have been really poor this season. Doesn't help when the sold James Rodriguez and Joao Moutino in the summer and didn't bother to replace them.

Finally looks like selling there best players every season has caught up with them.

Fernando is also very poor. I too was caught up in the Mangala hype but after watching him closely he is very overrated not worth the 20-30 Mil quoted.
