I still don't see a handball and I don't expect the refs to guess either. The debate is only about Ramsey

Ramsey made a move towards the ball and so was interfering with play, should be offside.

Costa should be off for the kick out at Ramsey.

Chelsea didn't want to wear black armbands as it was too hot on the pitch to wear any extra clothing.
