Proud of the team but if we're looking at them objectively, Alli had a woeful tournament (will cut him slack due to his injury), Kane was anonymous after the group stage and Sterling's brain seemed to leave his body whenever he got near the box.

Only so much you can do when your 3 attackers who are meant to win you games don't click.

Also thought Southgate rarely got a substitution right all tournament.

England's recovered a lot of fans this tournament.

Before it, loads of fans said they couldn't give a toss about England, only about their clubs.

Not all but a lot of those are glory fans, just because eng weren’t going deep into tournaments, do you really think eng players tried less previous tournaments? They were just not good and when teams are not good and dnt go far in tournaments fans turn away

Not all but a lot of those are glory fans, just because eng weren’t going deep into tournaments, do you really think eng players tried less previous tournaments? They were just not good and when teams are not good and dnt go far in tournaments fans turn away

We at least won a knockout game in normal time ffs

France will win, it isn't even in doubt, much the better side and Croatia are spent.

Needed extra time to beat three very average sides in Russia, England and Denmark

Well they don't win anything so you can't blame them for hanging on this WC as an achievement

look on the bright side you have now been to more semi finals at major tournies than Turkey since 1970 now.
