why are Liverpool games always boring as feck when the other team is a man down?

City seem to frequently score 5 or 6 whenever the other team has a player sent off, but Liverpool always seem to just lose momentum

liverpool often like to see the game out and conserve energy and not as good a squad £££ to cover any injuries so more cautious etc.
