Literally 90% of penalties come from a defender trying to win the ball and an attacker running into their leg, it’s no different because it’s the keeper
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Based on that logic the second goal should haven't been disallowed because the forward wiped the facking keeper clean out after he kicked the ball.

Croatia punching above their weight getting to the semis. Brazil Argentina would’ve been a much better game .

Brazil v Argentina
France v England/Portugal
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Nonsense and nothing bar a love in to back it up.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No disrespect to Morocco and Croatia but I think a lot of neutrals would prefer to see a mammoth South American clash in one final, then the reigning champions playing a top European team who’ve scored lots of goals this tournament.
Like I say though, good luck to Morocco and Croatia in these two games - it would be a great story if one of them won the tournament, but if they both get to the final it’ll probably be very dull and nobody will seriously believe they are the best two teams in the world.

Looking forward to a world class exhibition of diving, feigning injury, complaining, kicking the ball away and general shiiiithousery from Argentina second half.
We only came for Messi and he’s putting on a show. 135 mins away from a winners medal.

you don't get an assist when 2 defenders get touches of the ball during a run from another player

So it's ok for a forward to wipe out the keeper after kicking the ball, but it's not ok the other way round.
Awesome logic there, even if it is the rules.
If Argentina win, we have to hope France make it to the final.

Way i saw it the keeper came out made himself big, the forward hit the ball around him and due to his momentum there was a coming together. Contact initiated by the forward, probably accidentally. Not a pen imo.
