Hopefully no pay off deal when he gets bumped at the AGM.
I'm guessing we needed to appoint another director before we could hold an AGM or something? Sure I heard this was the case through the grapevine.
I thought it was ex-ref David Somers at first!

19th dec
day after the locked in period end
hmmmmmmmm
What's the "locked in period"?
He spent all his career in Fund Management
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Well , he shouldnae find the Chairmans job too arduous ....we don't have any funds to manage !!!
Good point Nacho, this 'll give these Easdale's mair power !
Partick....it's the period when Green, for example , can't get rid of his shares...ends on 18 December so the Easdales will take control of his lot.
By all accounts the easdales hold greens voting rights anyway tho?
So would it really make any diff?
So would it really make any diff?
..........................................................
None at all , but some people like to look further into things than is necessary
hmmmmmmmmm
I just wonder if the Easdales are playing a long game and allowing everyone to anticipate what they will do on 19 December. Maybe they'll surprise us once they actually have Green's shares.
Ie. We're good at postponements!
Matches, Agm's....

you would think after everything our club has went through our fans would be very vigilant and query everything
esp a board who have spunked 40million quid against the wall in 12 months
people like you dont deserve a club
ostrich to the core
On the 19th Green will be gone as will BPH and Margarita holdings. Call me a sceptic but something doesn't seem right.
You haven't answered the questions nacho
Ill repost them for you.

Devon - we certainly are
Fitbaws not great but we are world class at postponements

be as vigilant as you want , but it makes absolutely no difference if the agm is before or after the tied in period
Only difference could be a positive one if the easdales own the shares by the time the agm comes around and they vote in a different way to what Green wanted them to
A club like ours does not deserve negative moaning for the sake of moaning supporters like you

We've got to challenge everything ! We're being lied to and ignored by spivs and people who care not a jot for our club. The pressure has to be sustained , the Easdale's need to know that their refusal to declare who is behind Blue Pitch and Margarita will come back to bite them.
wake the fak up
I am wide awake , the point is that it makes no difference that it is the day after the tied in period , you are just looking for another excuse to have a greet!
Please tell me what we should do that will make any difference between now and the agm
